  • Roll the driver from b4695e3eb2 to f33f0b751b (Playwright 1.65.0-next) and Node.js to 26.13.0. The generated public API and client implementation need no changes.
  • Port the upstream page and library test changes in both async and sync, including 11 new tests. Copy the slow-fallback service-worker assets and update the test registry. Browser versions in README.md are unchanged.
  • No applicable ports remain. Context-reuse tests, trace-viewer tests, and upstream internal unit tests remain excluded for the reasons in tests/upstream_not_ported.txt.

Changed test files passed on Chromium, Firefox, and WebKit in both flavors. Chromium CDP/OOPIF tests needed a shorter local TMPDIR to keep Unix socket paths within the OS limit. The full Chromium suite and scripts/lint.sh passed.

One unchanged headful-font test (HE-015) had a transient screenshot capture failure; it passed on retry and in three separate runs without retries.

One async library run reported an intermittent locator-handler cleanup warning (RuntimeError: no running event loop) after the pending callback in MC-020. An isolated run passed without the warning. The implementation is unchanged; this is not a confirmed regression.
