Agentic Triage terminated before producing output because claude-sonnet-5 was incompatible with the generated workflow’s model policy.

  • Workflow configuration

    • Pin the Copilot engine to claude-opus-4.6, supported by both the integration and firewall policy.
    engine:
      id: copilot
      model: claude-opus-4.6
  • Generated workflow

    • Regenerate issue-triage.lock.yml with the updated model configuration.

🟢 Approval recommended

The model change is applied consistently in both the source workflow and regenerated lock file, with no remaining references to the incompatible model.

Pull request overview

Pins the Agentic Triage workflow’s Copilot engine model to one that is compatible with the generated workflow’s model policy, addressing the prior “engine terminated immediately” failure (Fixes #11854).

Changes:

  • Update .github/workflows/issue-triage.md engine model from claude-sonnet-5 to claude-opus-4.6.
  • Regenerate .github/workflows/issue-triage.lock.yml to reflect the updated model across metadata and runtime environment variables.
