Agentic Triage failed because its configured Claude Opus 4.6 model was retired.

  • Workflow
    • Replace claude-opus-4.6 with gpt-5.6-sol.
  • Generated configuration
    • Regenerate the gh-aw lock workflow with the supported model.

🟢 Approval recommended

The model update is applied consistently across the workflow definition and regenerated lockfile with no evident config/formatting issues in the changed regions.

Pull request overview

Updates the repository’s Agentic Triage (gh-aw) workflow configuration to use a supported GitHub Copilot model after the previously configured Claude model was retired, and refreshes the generated lock workflow accordingly.

Changes:

  • Switch the Agentic Triage workflow model from claude-opus-4.6 to gpt-5.6-sol.
  • Regenerate .github/workflows/issue-triage.lock.yml so the embedded metadata and runtime env vars reflect the new model.

Agentic Triage exits before reading the issue because its generated
workflow is still pinned to gh-aw v0.80.9 and Copilot CLI 1.0.63, whose
firewall rejects `gpt-5.6-sol`. That stale runtime is why changing the
configured model in microsoft#11876 did not resolve the
failure.

This upgrades the generated agentic workflows to gh-aw v0.88.7,
advancing past the v0.86.2 runtime already working in
`Azure/typespec-azure`. The refreshed lock uses Copilot CLI 1.0.80 and
firewall 0.28.14, which recognize `gpt-5.6-sol`; triage also explicitly
disables shell access as required by the newer strict compiler.
