Why Get-MgDeviceManagementReportFilter need DeviceManagementManagedDevices.ReadWrite.All permission?

Maybe Microsoft has another website where we can ask and discuss about MS Graph? I understand my latest discussion are not related to msgraph-sdk-powershell. Do you think https://feedbackportal.microsoft.com/feedback/ is more appropiate? or is there another place?
