The old MED files crashed UADE, and libopenmpt's .med support targets the later
OctaMED MMD* formats. This plugin handles the early variant directly.
Later .med / .mmd0 / .mmd1 / .mmd2 files still route to
uadeplugin (Plus) or
openmptplugin.
