Ubuntu 25.04 installation correction

I was working on a Raspberry Pi 3 running Ubuntu 25.04 when I discovered that the make install command was failing. The make command now requires the --with-systemdsystemunitdir command to be specified on the ./configure... command from my experience.

The original error that was being received:

Many thanks for this, but AFAIK the root cause is that very recent versions of Ubuntu require the addition of the package system-dev:

# apt install --no-install-recommends systemd-dev # it's okay if this fails because the package doesn't exist

This was mentioned in the development branch -- a note has just been added to the master branch.
