chore: relicense AEO SDK from AGPL-3.0 to MIT

Align with the Kinetic Gain Protocol Suite dual-license stance:
specs and SDKs are MIT (maximally permissive — anyone may use, modify,
redistribute), reference implementations like mcp-kinetic-gain remain
AGPL-3.0.

- Replace LICENSE file (AGPL-3.0 → MIT)
- Update package manifest license field
- Update README License section to describe the dual-license split

Also: bump version 0.1.0 → 0.2.0 because the existing 0.1.0 release on PyPI is locked to AGPL-3.0 forever; MIT requires a new version.
