Shipment exception handling fails quietly. A package misses a scan, a carrier requests documentation, a warehouse delay turns into a late delivery, or support promises a resolution before operations has proof. Teams may technically know an exception exists, but they still cannot explain what rule applies, who owns the next move, or whether the SLA is still recoverable.
We built shipment-exception-command-center to make that operating layer explicit. The point is not to replace a TMS or carrier portal. The point is to show what a Supply Chain / Logistics operator surface should look like when the audience needs to manage evidence, carrier blockers, and escalation posture with real revenue and customer-trust consequences attached.
That design follows a few simple rules:
- operations-first, so the repo centers recovery pressure instead of generic logistics language
- owner-aware, so missing handoffs show up as first-class defects
- SLA-sensitive, so risk is visible before a recoverable shipment becomes an avoidable refund
- business-legible, so fulfillment, support, operations, and non-technical stakeholders can act from the same surface
This repo opens the Supply Chain / Logistics lane in the atlas queue. It shows that Kinetic Gain OS can build operator-safe systems around exceptions, evidence, recovery paths, and escalation visibility without collapsing into generic dashboard messaging.
