Summary

Add the following config options: enable_compiler, enable_config, enable_custom, enable_require, enable_vm. Perform code clean up as well. This allows for smaller-sized binaries.

Changes

• Remove mut requirement of build function. It didn't seem to be required anyway.
• Add enable_compiler option which enables Ast and Compiler.
• Add enable_config option which enables Config (requires VM).
• Add enable_custom option which enables Custom (requires VM).
• Add enable_require option which enables Require (requires VM).
• Add enable_vm option which enables VM.
• Modify enable_codegen to enable Inline (previously always enabled) require VM. Also, panic when enabling codegen on a wasm target.
• Clean up library artifacts logic (as many are now optional).
