feat(workflow): register monitoringId for step logs in run.ts

- Added logic to register `monitoringId` for step 0 to enable log viewing.
- Extended `ControllerResult` with an optional `monitoringId` field.
- Updated `run.ts` to handle `monitoringId` and include relevant debug logs.
