问题及现象

当安装 npm 16.20.2 时

error commander@12.1.0: The engine "node" is incompatible with this module. Expected version ">=18". Got "16.20.2"

当安装 npm 18.19.0 时

error @achrinza/node-ipc@9.2.2: The engine "node" is incompatible with this module. Expected version "8 || 10 || 12 || 14 || 16 || 17". Got "18.19.0"

这永远在死循环中了啊
