Adds a project mark for modern-di-fastmcp, the last library repo without one.
The mark is a gold plug with a cream bolt knocked out of the body. MCP is the port that tools plug into, and the bolt stands for the "Fast" in FastMCP.
brand/build/symbols.py: newplugsymbol.brand/build/projects.py,tests/test_projects.py: register the repo with the other modern-di integrations.brand/projects/modern-di-fastmcp/: the rendered mark, lockups and PNGs.docs/index.md: FastMCP joins the list of frameworks modern-di covers. The profile README and the site's catalog don't list the modern-di integrations one by one. Both point to the modern-di docs, which already have a FastMCP page, so there is no row to add.
Only the new repo's assets are committed. The renderer rewrote every existing PNG with byte-level differences from this machine's rsvg-convert, so I reverted those. The repo has no docs site of its own, so it gets no social card.
