PNGs require `rsvg-convert` (`brew install librsvg` / `apt install librsvg2-bin`).
Without it the SVGs are still written and PNGs are skipped.
A PNG is re-rendered only when its SVG, size or palette changes; the source hash
is stored in the PNG. Delete the PNGs to force a full re-render, for example after
upgrading `rsvg-convert`.
