The current @mogilventures/sms-sdk/a2pcheck export is local/offline. Add an opt-in hosted mode for network-backed readiness checks.
Potential checks:
- campaign/brand registration status
- sender/number readiness
- carrier filtering signals
- reputation / known-risk hints
Local checks should remain the default no-network path.
