Add new SDL Update to support Valve Steam Controller 2026

Describe the solution you'd like
With the new SDL update, the Steam Controller is now supported. Adding Steam Controller support to Moonlight would be an awesome feature especially with the trackpads being useful for navigating a PC in desktop mode, while still allowing the controller to be used seamlessly for gaming.

I second this. The controller works great over Steam Link but there are many drawbacks to using that as streaming client leading to needing a backup remote app to be able to use Windows fully so it would be nice to be able to just use Moonlight and retain all the Steam Input functionality.
