Mechanical pin: every uses: reference to konradmichalik/reusable-github-actions moves from @main to the commit 0.0.1 resolves to, with the tag kept as a trailing version comment so Renovate can bump it.

No behaviour change. 0.0.1 is the current state of that repository's main, tagged as a freeze marker so consumers stop tracking a moving target before the 0.1.0 milestone lands consumer-visible changes.

Release notes, including the three known defects this deliberately freezes rather than racing fixes in first: https://github.com/konradmichalik/reusable-github-actions/releases/tag/0.0.1

Files: .github/workflows/cgl.yml .github/workflows/release.yml

Generated by scripts/pin-references.sh 0.0.1 --write.
