  international students: what the official registers say, what they used to
  say, and what changed. Every dated edition of each source register is kept
  and hashed after the authority overwrites it; the digests are anchored in the
  Bitcoin block chain through OpenTimestamps and each edition is captured by
  the Internet Archive at its immutable commit URL. Our outputs are CC BY 4.0;
  each register's own licence travels with its files.
