I fetched the DirectX 9 SDK from the Microsoft link you provided in the readme, version 9.29.1962. Then I added the libs and headers back into the project, mimicking the original
leaktree. I also updatedXRenderD3D9.vcxprojto point to..\DX9SDK\Includeinstead of$(DXSDK_DIR).
