lsp working on unsaved and saved new file issue

without saving , with save of new file lsp does not work. lsp as not started? needs restart of flow editor for lsp server start

Not sure what is going on here, but I can reproduce this with zls, so I'm marking it as a bug.

lsp should have shown error beacuse those carcter are not valid syntax in python, The ty type checker by Astral reports invalid-syntax errors.
