When analyzing a private traumatic SCI dataset, TotalSpineSeg failed in a few cases. Please note that I intentionally cropped the images as the dataset is private (I shared the uncropped images with Nathan on Slack). Also note that in most cases (n~30), TotalSpineSeg did a pretty good job and failed only in these two images.
