This adds support for a Kotlin-style constructor used in Lokhttp3/CertificatePinner for certificate pinning, typically compiled from Kotlin code. The original apk-mitm patches only handled Java-style pinning implementations.

Constructor: (Ljava/util/List;Ljava/util/List;)V
馃敡 Behavior:
Replaces the constructor logic with a no-op by invoking a default constructor and returning immediately.
Prevents initialization of pin sets, thereby disabling certificate pinning logic for this method signature.
