Welcome to the NeuralSDR2 wiki.
NeuralSDR2 is a native macOS SDR mission console for RTL-SDR workflows. The app is built around a shared operations map, a live radio console, and an integrated library for recordings and decoded artifacts.
This wiki is the fast, practical documentation layer for the project. It is meant to complement the deeper architecture and specification documents in the repository, not replace them.
NeuralSDR2 is organized around five working modes:
-
Radio— live tuning, spectrum, waterfall, demodulation, recording -
Aircraft— shared map view for ADS-B context and weather workflows -
Sat Ops— pass planning, Doppler, queueing, recording, post-pass actions -
3D Earth— orbital context and space situational awareness -
Library— recordings, NOAA artifacts, packet reports, replay, decode again

The project has moved well beyond a basic tuner window. Current emphasis is on:
- universal aircraft/weather/satellite map workflows
- satellite pass operations
- internal NOAA APT decoding
- library-based replay and reprocessing
- packaging, releases, and a cleaner public-facing product shape
