Summary

As suggested by @chcg in #1233, the four Datamodder plugins are now also available for 32-bit and ARM64 Notepad++.

No functional changes for 64-bit Notepad++ (help text and build scripts only).

Changes

• src/pl.x64.json: version, id and repository of the four existing entries.
• src/pl.x86.json and src/pl.arm64.json: the four plugins added, pointing to <Name>_x86.zip / <Name>_arm64.zip of the same releases.

Verification

• Each id is the SHA-256 of the zip at its repository URL, computed on the downloaded release assets.
• Each zip has the plugin DLL (file version matching version) plus help.txt at the root.
• The x86 DLLs were loaded together in a portable 32-bit Notepad++ 8.9.8.1 (all menus built, formatting and conversions work), and the regression tests of all four plugins pass when built as 32-bit programs. The ARM64 builds are compiled from the same sources with the MSVC ARM64 cross compiler; there is no ARM64 machine available here to run them on.
