Add CONFIG_NCS_MCUBOOT_BOOTCONF_LOCK_WRITES (set from sysbuild) so DISABLE_SELF_RWX clears permissions on the immutable BOOTCONF region instead of programming RRAMC region 4 when MCUboot is the first stage. Signed-off-by: Andrzej Puzdrowski <andrzej.puzdrowski@nordicsemi.no>
