installer.py downloading invalid chromedriver file

when unpacking the zip it will fail and the user will not know that something has gone wrong. also, when the error occurs, the script should launch an error message to inform the user and tell them how to do it manually

seems like the link is invalid and downloads nothing, this is what causes the error. should use a driver manager module instead
