fix(ci): escape EXTRA_QT_MODULES semicolon in AppImage target
An unescaped ";" split the env var into a stray "pdf" argument that `cmake -E env` tried to execute, failing the Linux AppImage build. Escape it and mark the target VERBATIM so the shell keeps it intact. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
