they run these commands respectively using cmd

/c "C:\\ProgramData\\nvm\\nvm.exe" checkForUpdates author
/c "C:\\ProgramData\\nvm\\nvm.exe" checkForUpdates lts
/c "C:\\ProgramData\\nvm\\nvm.exe" checkForUpdates current

and im not certain but i think when these run i see multiple curl terminals opening and closing rapidly...
i cant see what commands they run, only the window title saying "curl..."
and ive never seen those curl terminals before which is what concerns me..

its the first task that most likely shows the temrinals, as the last run time matches the time that i see the terminals,
