What happened?

Hi, I found a bug. Basically, I love listening to music; when I go to Snowify and just start playing a track, it skips it and gives an error saying the music couldn't be found. These are songs I've listened to for a long time and they're on my playlist, but now it says it can't find them. Can you help me?
