[Suggestion] Version the project

Hey @ollietb,

What do you think of adding a Changelog to the project and adding new version tags?

Thus, Composer could retrieve theme more easily, and dependencies would be managed in a better way.

What are your thoughts? Do you need any help on this?

Because our project was plugged through composer to the dev-master branch (as there is no tag) and the commit bfc1255 broke our setup :(
