Fix CI install: Node 24, macos-15, allow dependency install scripts

Electron's installer silently fails on Node 26, so pin CI to Node 24.
Newer npm blocks dependency install scripts unless listed in
allowScripts, so approve the ones the build needs (electron, etc).
Pin the mac runner to macos-15.
