Profile chips discard unsaved settings
Medium Severity
The Slack and Discord profile chips now render as links that navigate to the profile page. The integration form has no leave warning, so clicking a selected profile name drops unsaved mention or launcher edits. The single-profile picker keeps the name inert and uses a separate Open control instead.

looks like the chips still link out, and the integration form has no leave warning, so clicking a profile name drops unsaved launcher edits. IntegrationForm already tracks dirty (line 27), so wiring useUnsavedChangesWarning like the agent editor and memory viewer would keep the links and cover the sidebar too

- Drop the skill card file count (and its per-card detail fetch) - Skip manage-only model provider queries for org members - Keep the integration settings tab in the URL (?tab=) - Restore the BYO "Connect machine" / "Share machines" header buttons - Update model, skill, and machine docs for the new UI - Split API tokens into org and personal access token pages - Model combobox and credential secret field layout tweaks Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
- Add GET /orgs/{orgID}/integrations (listOrgIntegrations), scoped to the
projects the caller can read, with name filter and cursor paging
- Add ListIntegrationsForProjects store query and integration test
- Add useOrgIntegrations hook; integration mutations also refresh the org list
- Replace the org integrations project picker with an org-wide list of
integration cards tagged by project
- Share the project picker button between New agent and Add integration

- Skip manage-only provider queries for members on the provider page and show an access message instead of "may have been deleted" - Show org members the machines they can see instead of the manage-only pools list; share the machine table via MachineInventory - Drop the redundant "Not part of any pool" BYO card footers - Split ProviderCard to reduce complexity; replace the orphan label in CredentialSecretField with a group heading - Keep combobox selections when Escape is pressed with the popup closed - E2E: reopen the launcher tab after reconnecting an integration Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Project machine list ignores pool filter
Medium Severity
The new machine_pool_id query parameter is applied only on the org listVisibleMachines path. listVisibleProjectMachines never reads it, so a project pool page that asks for one pool still returns every machine visible in the project. The same parameter on listProjectMachinePoolGrants is also specified but unused.
