docs(tck): follow the base branch's run numbers
The base adds six tests and turns one skip into a pass -- two for the route that reads the submodule pin where git cannot find the superproject, three for the unknown-tag check, one for the revision check no longer skipping -- so this branch's own tally moves with it: 295 passed, 41 skipped, 2 xfailed. Nothing in the report machinery moves with the asset change. The type-mismatch matrix is still eight Examples rows: bda599f1 splits the @string-typing outline, which is a different scenario, and turning one of its rows into a scenario of its own leaves the canonical total where it was.
