@open-vela/dev-ai-contest-reviewer @open-vela/openvela-reviewer please review.

Summary

  • link the LVGL target with sifli_hal when CONFIG_LV_USE_SIFLI_EPIC is enabled
  • keep the dependency disabled for configurations that do not use the SiFli EPIC backend

Validation

  • built and flashed the SF32LB52 LCHSPI-ULP configuration on hardware
  • completed lvgldemo_benchmark without assertion, hard fault, or display timeout

Dependency chain

Depends-on:

This is part of a three-PR series:

  1. sf32lb52: add accelerated LCD display support vendor_sifli#31 — LCD/FB driver + EPIC HAL
  2. draw/sifli: add EPIC hardware acceleration apps_graphics_lvgl#41 — EPIC draw backend for LVGL
  3. This PR — build system linkage

Link the LVGL target with sifli_hal when the SiFli EPIC draw backend is enabled so the accelerator implementation can resolve its HAL symbols.
