The stale-evidence flag caught my eye. Does it track a declared input set per check, or mark all recorded checks stale whenever any phase file changes? Showing which changed files invalidated which checks could help the next agent rerun only the relevant tests. Disclosure: I work at BOMTOBE on Orke, so I’m interested in handoff reviewability. |

I built estafeta to move a coding project between Codex and other terminal agents. After a phase,
session-endsaves a handoff and the next action. In a fresh chat,session-startreads the project state and checks what changed before continuing. The Python runtime records which checks actually ran and flags stale evidence when phase files change. Runtime state is local; project transfer, skill installation and agent login still need setting up on each machine.

If you try switching agents mid-feature, I'd like to know where the handoff fails.
