chore(api): update image-model documentation (#4198)

## Summary

Corrects image-edit input documentation to reflect the supported model
guidance.

## Changes

- Remove GPT Image 1 from supported image-edit model guidance.
- Clarify that chatgpt-image-latest uses the same input constraints as
GPT image models.
- Align shared input-fidelity guidance with the retired model notice.
