Fixed the CodeQL version mismatch in a0316a3: init and analyze now both use the v4.39.1 release commit 9b3254085494b55a0f7c4c2b3d2d52cc712ce370. The failed Analyze job explicitly reported loading configuration from 4.39.1 while running 4.39.0. Verified the upstream annotated tag resolves to this SHA; the release was published 2026-10-21, exceeding the configured eight-day cooldown on 2026-11-04. Workflow permissions, triggers, and SDK code are unchanged. Fresh CI and SDK owner review are still required; this is not a merge approval. Companion #4231 should be reconciled after this combined update lands. |
