Tags don't match PYPI releases

Tags in this repo are 92, 90, ...
PYPI releases have completely different numbers.
Since the PYPI page doesn't contain source tarball it is hard to tell what is correspondence between the two.

The pipy releases are versioned as opencv_version.opencv_python_tag. It's done to have ability to re-iterate the same OpenCV release (tag) with python specific fixes or 3rd-party updated. So 5.0.0.93 means OpenCV 5.0.0, OpenCV python tag 93.
