Add EasyCLA exception for ESLint Bot

Description

I'd like to request that we add an exception to EasyCLA for our bot account, @eslintbot. I'm not sure when things changed, but recently all of our PRs that include bot commits are now failing EasyCLA.

An exception was added for this bot and based on the PR, looks to be working. Let us know if you have any other issues.

Actually, just noticed this one is still not working:

Is this enabled for the whole eslint org?

@nzakas this was enabled for the entire org. IT retried and it worked. Hopefully just a blip. Let us know if this happens again.
