Clean up implementation

• Rename Lille dataset to Mouse Spleen Spectral Flow Cytometry
• Rename obs in lille dataset to "Mouse 1" instead of just "1"
• Shuffle within cell type label to Shuffle Integration **W**ithin cell type
• Need to set seed for harmonypy and shuffle control methods.
• Remove "CT" label from metrics
• Revise metrics description in config file
• Rename harmonypy to harmony
• no_controls should be addressed as no_reference
