Describe the bug
Setting "now" to the "end time" in Discover does not update to actual current "now" time when Refresh is clicked.
If I set times to from "60 Minutes ago" to "now" and click Refresh, then wait a while and click Refresh again, the displayed items do not show item that happened after the first click. It seems the "to time" value is stuck at the time value of the first refresh, instead of being reset to the actual current time, as the GUI suggests, quoting:
Setting the time to "now" means that on every refresh this time will be set to the time of the refresh.
To Reproduce
See above.
Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
OpenSearch Version

Host/Environment (please complete the following information):
- Windows 11 25H2
- Firefox v154.0.1
Additional context
It seems the bar graph on the top is updated (the X axis), but the item list below is not. The graph also shows zero items in the newly appeared period, even it there should be some.
Also: in another try, 10 seconds after clicking Refresh, the new items did appear. So maybe this just a "slowness" issue?
