Use `=` when entering a tag name to switch to the value field when in tag list mode

as per title, i often find myself writing = after i've finished entering a tag name and expecting it to auto-switch to the tag value field.

bonus points if it handles copy-pasting key=value into the input field - the UIs for 2FA authentication codes do this paticularly well
