Hi, the Clarity account is the correct one. You can also try the follower app to verify, if the data is available. If it won't work, you can also try the notification reader. Best regards, Michael |

Hi, in the follower app there's the data. The clarity app/website has no data at all. Is there a way to trigger notifications for testing? |

Hi,
I was asked for help with getting data from a Dexcom G7 on a WearOS watch. Dexcom doesn't support any WearOS devices, so I got here, because it seems the best option for someone who's not into IT and sideloading apk's and stuff.
We tried different accounts, but none of them got any data from the Dexcom servers. The request seems ok, we got a code 200 response. But it says always no new value. I'm not sure which account I need. In the app it says create a follower, some lines beneath this it says it won't work with a follower user.
The link at the bottom to test the login data works fine.
After some research I stumbled upon a clarity account. I can login there with my usual account and after I acknowledged some legal texts I can manually upload data, but see nothing else.
Which type of account is the right one to use here?
