Bird email adapter: contribution and documentation

Hi Payload team,

I'm Michal from Bird. We'd like to contribute an email adapter for Payload and agree on the right home before implementing it. Our goal is for developers to discover Bird through your email documentation.

Would you welcome an official adapter alongside the existing email adapters? If you prefer a Bird-maintained package, could it be included in the email documentation?

We can provide the implementation, tests, setup documentation and a test account. The initial scope would cover transactional email, including password-reset and verification emails, through Bird's current API.

Could you advise on the preferred contribution and maintenance arrangement, which Payload version to target, and who we should coordinate with?
