unlocker doesn't work

Describe the bug
I've installed everything correctly: the latest version of SuperBLT and your anlocker.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

Expected behavior
I was expecting all the DLCs, but I only got a few characters, and not all of them

Built a SuperBLT successor that covers several pain points people run into with the stock unlocker:

What it adds:

• Full unlock path (is_dlc_unlocked / has_dlc / package grant), not only _check_dlc_data
• Actually grants weapon packs that stayed locked before
• Crash-safe loot grant (skips missing blackmarket entries)
• Inventory CHEATER badges for unowned DLC weapons / mods / masks / melee
• Crime.Net host-risk marks + optional hide filter for risky heists
• Modes: Safe (block risk) / Normal (confirm popups) / Risky (no limits)
• No loadout spoof (peers see your real gear)
