Infinite Loading Heists

Describe the bug
My game started getting lower frames and lag spikes the more i played, i reseted the game and now i get infinite loading screens on both Online and Offline Heists

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click a Heist, either Online or Offline
2. Never loads

Expected behavior
Infinite loading screen to join the preparation screen

I have used this mod for years, and now this happened without reason

fix_load_loop.zip Man, I dealt with the same infinite loop after the last update. Turns out the cache heap was getting corrupted during the handshake process. I found this little script that resets the local asset manifest and clears the stuck buffer. It worked for me instantly.
