Issues with weapons dlcs

Describe the bug
when I use the dlc unlocked all the character and heists dlcs do unlock and also the weapons that come with them however the dlcs that are specifically weapons do not unlock like overkill or BBQ.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
I installed the mod correctly as stated in the guide and i used the unlock all dlcs folder

Expected behavior
the weapons dlcs should unlock like the characters and heists.

Built a SuperBLT successor that covers several pain points people run into with the stock unlocker:

What it adds:

• Full unlock path (is_dlc_unlocked / has_dlc / package grant), not only _check_dlc_data
• Actually grants weapon packs that stayed locked before
• Crash-safe loot grant (skips missing blackmarket entries)
• Inventory CHEATER badges for unowned DLC weapons / mods / masks / melee
• Crime.Net host-risk marks + optional hide filter for risky heists
• Modes: Safe (block risk) / Normal (confirm popups) / Risky (no limits)
• No loadout spoof (peers see your real gear)
