PAYDAY 2 got a big update that switched the game from 32‑bit to 64‑bit. SUPERBLT was still the old 32‑bit version, so the new game can't understand it
5 steps:
Open your PAYDAY 2 folder.
In Steam right‑click PAYDAY 2 → Manage → Browse local files. (It's the folder with PAYDAY2.exe in it.)
Delete the old loader.
In that folder, delete WSOCK32.dll (and IPHLPAPI.dll if you see one).
Download the new 64‑bit SuperBLT (https://modworkshop.net/mod/58342)
Drop the new WSOCK32.dll into your PAYDAY 2 folder — right next to PAYDAY2.exe.
Start the game
Say YES to updating the basemod (SuperBLT).
Say NO if it asks to update the hook DLL. Saying yes would put the old 32‑bit one back
This only fixes the loader a few big mods (anything using BeardLib) might also need their own updated 64‑bit version just download the newest version of whatever mod
