So the dlc unlocker broke with the new diesel 3.0 engine update, cant explain why but it doesnt work

If you havent already , i reinstalled fresh Pd2 unlocker files , also deleted the mods/base folder and then the mod loaded fine , also make sure its not reverting your dll back to the 32 bit version
