Plant remains in "Needs Pruning" state after being marked as pruned #6

Description

@Laursen92

Description

When a plant is marked as pruned (e.g., via the "Pruned" button), the entity state is not updating correctly. The plant continues to show a status of "Needs Pruning" and remains included in the "plants to prune" collection entity.

Expected Behavior

Once the pruning action is registered and the "Last pruned" date is updated to the current date, the plant should no longer meet the criteria for "Needs Pruning." It should disappear from the "plants to prune" list so that the integration can effectively be used as a to-do list.

Actual Behavior

As seen in the attached screenshots, even after the "Last pruned" date is updated to April 17, 2026, the Butterfly Bush still shows a status of "Needs Pruning." The activity log confirms the status was changed to "Needs Pruning" despite the pruning action being completed.

Details View: Shows the "Last pruned" date is set to today (April 17, 2026), which falls within the "Prune months" (March, April), yet the logic hasn't cleared the alert.

Dashboard View: Shows the "Pruned" button has been interacted with today, but the "April" indicator remains active as an outstanding task.
