Some OS packages

[mahlonsmith]

I've created native installation packages for FreeBSD (source build) and Arch (binary install).

I hope others find some good use for them.

Arch (via AUR) is available now, FreeBSD needs to be reviewed and committed still. If someone on FreeBSD needs it in the interim, you can apply the patch manually for a local build.
